Cognac - Hine

Cognac is a refined French spirit made from wine, produced exclusively in the Cognac region of southwestern France. It is crafted through double distillation of white wines—typically from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, or Colombard grapes—using traditional copper pot stills known as “alambic charentais.” After distillation, it matures for years in oak casks from the Limousin or Tronçais forests, absorbing subtle aromas and deepening in color, texture, and complexity. Every drop reflects centuries of craftsmanship, patience, and respect for heritage dating back to the 17th century.

Renowned for its remarkable balance and depth, cognac reveals a wide range of aromas and flavors—from delicate notes of pear, apricot, and plum to refined hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove, complemented by undertones of oak, cocoa, and tobacco.
